Ken is the managing partner of the firm and oversees the overall operations of the firm while also overseeing the corporate and business practice areas of the firm. Ken also has extensive experience and continues to regularly work in litigation of the firm's catastrophic injury and high-stakes litigation cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.
Mike is a partner and trial lawyer in the firm with over 39 years of extensive jury trial experience in state and federal courts. Mike's experience and expertise extends to a wide range of civil disputes, such as medical malpractice, complex commercial cases, product liability claims, personal injury actions, wrongful death claims and complex divorce litigation resulting in multiple million-dollar-plus settlements and verdicts.
Logan is an associate trial attorney and former Buchanan County Assistant Prosecutor, focusing on family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation. Licensed in Missouri state and federal courts, she holds a law degree from Washburn School of Law. A St. Joseph native, she is dedicated to guiding clients through complex family and criminal matters with skill and advocacy.
Seth has a growing practice that combines transactional law and litigation, offering clients clear guidance on legal options. He serves as general counsel for small businesses in St. Joseph and northwest Missouri, handling contracts, acquisitions, and employment matters. He also advocates for injury victims, securing justice for those harmed by negligence, especially in catastrophic cases.
Nancy began her career at a large Dallas firm, focusing on real estate law before returning to Northwest Missouri in 2010. Her practice at Taylor, Siemens, Elliot & Creedy spans real estate, corporate transactions, estate planning, litigation, and trust disputes. Representing individuals, businesses, and family-owned farms, she is dedicated to building strong client relationships and providing practical legal solutions.
Joe has nearly four decades of trial practice. He has handled numerous cases in the Kansas City area, St. Joseph, and throughout northwest Missouri. He has litigation experience at both the state and federal levels. He has appeared before every state court in the Northwest Missouri area and has handled litigation in several jurisdictions outside the state of Missouri.
